Recently, I was asked for my advice on setting up a startup. In a previous life, I was one of the founders of a startup that ran for almost 10 years. Later, I worked for AWS, running training for small businesses, green field and start-ups. If you’ve ever interacted with an Amazonian, you have most likely heard of the Leadership Principles. There are now 16 of them, and each one defines a way to think about decisions.
